We permit the usage of KZQ virtual instruments/voicebanks in mature content, as long as this usage does not harm our reputation. We do not permit the usage of KZQ virtual instruments/voicebanks (or any of our other products) in any form of illegal content.

Do not redistribute or claim KZQ virtual instruments/voicebanks as your own. Using our virtual instruments/voicebanks for hate speech is also strictly prohibited. Generally, you may not use KZQ and its associated characters/products commercially without first receiving written permission to do so. If you are an independent creator and are not acting on behalf of a brand or corporation, you don’t need to ask us for permission to monetize videos containing KZQ characters/products on YouTube or release music you create using KZQ products on music streaming services. You may use KZQ visual assets and character likenesses in association with this content, but it may not be used standalone/by itself (except for personal use and non-commercial online sharing).
